Dear parent,
The chaperone meeting for the Washington, D.C. trip is Thursday, April 28th at 7:00 PM in the middle school band room. This meeting will not last more than an hour and is critical to the success of our trip. This meeting will cover critical procedural information, student group coverage, hotel supervision, bus, and group assignments.
