Cheesecake/cookie dough fundraiser items arrive Thursday afternoon
Thank you to those who supported the band through this fundraiser.
The cheesecake/cookie dough and mugs will arrive Thursday
afternoon of next week, November 4th.
Everyone who sold must pick up their items Thursday after school in the band room. If you sold more than one item, it will not fit on the bus and your parents must come to the school to get the items so that they can be transported in a car. Pick-ups by car should not begin until 3:30 when the carline traffic has declined.
Since the items are food and have to be refrigerated, they must be picked up Thursday afternoon of next week - we cannot hold them over night. All items should be picked up by 5:30. If you or a family member cannot make it by 5:30, please call the band office. Thank you!
