Saturday, December 5^th, 2009 – Clay Christmas Tree Lighting

Student call time is 6:15PM at the walking track at Clay Elementary.  Parents may park in the Clay Elementary parking lot.  The program is from 6:30PM – 8:30PM in front of Clay City Hall.  The Advanced and Intermediate Bands will both perform at different times during the program.  Students must be wearing their band tuxedos/dresses.  This is a major portion of your child's 2^nd nine-weeks performance grade.       

Tuesday, December 8^th, 2009 – School Christmas Concert for student body

Report to the band room at the beginning of 7^th period to get dressed (tuxedos and dresses) and warm up.  The performance will be from 2:00PM to 2:50PM in the gym.  Parents may attend this concert.  Parents must sign-in at the welcome center prior to reporting to the gym.  This is a major portion of your child's 2^nd nine-weeks performance grade.
