Dear parents,

We have received news that the Cheesecakes and other good stuff will arrive on Thursday, November 5!  Please make arrangements to have your student picked up from school at 3:30 on this day, as the materials must be refrigerated.  Please enter the door adjacent to the Guidance Suite and turn left down the hallway to the cafeteria. You must count and sign for all of your materials.

All students with their items must be picked up on Thursday by 4:30. Please remember that these items must be refrigerated to remain acceptable to sell to our band supporters.

Please collect payment made out to you when you deliver the items. Please write one check to the Clay-Chalkville Middle School Band. Please write “Cheesecake payment” on the line in the bottom left-hand corner.
