Cheesecake and Auburn/Alabama forms
We are currently in the middle of our biggest fund raiser of the year!!
This is how we raise the money for our private instructors who give our students that one-on-one attention that is so critical to their development as players!! We also utilize this money to replace large horns that are so necessary to the sound of the band, but are too expensive for an individual family to purchase. Some of these cost as little as $3,200 and some as much as $10,000.
So we desperately need your help! We may have some little fund raisers later on, but this is the biggie!!!!
The students know that the forms are due in to the band office on October 13th. The products will be in sometime in the first two weeks of November (we will let the students know exactly when the company informs us, usually about four days ahead of time). The merchandise has to be picked up this day whether your child is in school or not. A great deal of this product has to be refrigerated and we have no access to store product at the school.
Money is due to you from your customers when you deliver the product. Then you write the school one check.
Students have been informed not to sell to anyone they suspect will not actually pay, such as other students. If you order it, you are responsible for paying for it.
Please ask for more forms if you need them to take to work!!!
Thanks so much for your help!!!!!!
