Dear parents,

The band booster’s Halloween party will be held on Tuesday, October 27, 2009 in the school cafeteria.  The party will begin at 7:00 P.M. and will be over at 8:30 P.M. Students must be picked up at 8:30 P.M. Drop off and pick up will both be in front of the school.

Parents are allowed to stay if you would like to do so.  However, only students who are members of the Clay-Chalkville Middle School Band may attend.

The students have been working very hard and the Band Boosters would like to treat them to this reward party. We ask that students do not have costumes that are too over the top in the area of gore. This is intended as a fun, not frightful, event.

We do need parents to help with decorating on Thursday, starting at 2:15 and progressing until we are done and we need parents to help with clean up afterward. Please call Band Booster Officer Dorinda Lutz (205-283-3012) if you can help with either of these tasks.
