Any student in Advanced or Intermediate Band who is interested in traveling with the band to Orlando Florida must attend the trip meeting on Tuesday, August 25, 2009 in the CCMS cafeteria at 7:00 P.M.

At least one legal guardian must attend with the student. Students must sign in and remain for the meeting to obtain a trip packet.

The meeting will be short (about 30 - 40 minutes).

Any family who is unable to attend this meeting will need to make an appointment with Dr. Walker to sit down and go through the paperwork. No packets will be sent home without a meeting.

All classes are off to a fantastic start!  It is going to be a GREAT year!!  See you Tuesday night!!
