For those of you who play school owned instruments (oboe, French horn, baritone, tuba), if you would like to check you instrument out for the summer please do the following:

1 - be sure you will be a student at CCMS next year

2 - be a student in good standing with Mr. Williams and Dr. Walker

3 - get a form from Mr. Williams Tuesday afternoon

4 - fill out the form and have your parents sign it 

5 - return the form to Mr. Williams on or before Friday, May 29

For those of you not checking out your school horn for the summer, we will check those back in on Tuesday, May 26

If the instrument belongs to you, it must go home Wednesday afternoon, May 27
