Announcing the CCMS Band Rock-A-Thon!
Where: The CCMS Cafeteria
When: From 9:00 P.M. Friday, April 3rd to 6:00 A.M. Saturday, April 4th
Why: To have fun together and raise funds for the band!
The students will be well supervised throughout the event. Students are to bring a rocking chair with them, or they may not participate. Television sets and DVDs will be provided, please do not bring your own! Students will rock 50 minutes out of every hour and then have 10 minutes for a break and to get snacks. Yes, you may bring your own snacks, if you wish.
We ask the students to collect pledges from friends and family (we are suggesting $1 an hour per pledge) and we are asking the students to try to get 10 pledges each. A minimum of 4 pledges is required to participate.
We are taking parent volunteers for supervision and to provide snacks for the students. Please call or write to us if you are able to assist us!
